TODAY! TODAY! TODAY!

We are very very excited to let you know that our new album Two Thousand and Ten Injuries is out today. We've held a copy of it and it felt really good. If you too would like to get your hands on a copy we suggest you visit Polyvinyl's web store - when you order it from them you get an instant download code, a button and a sticker. Pretty sweet deal. And if you hurry, you could get it on white vinyl too. Those look fantastic.

Two Thousand and Ten Injuries out March 23 on Polyvinyl!

Hello All,

I hope your new year has started well. Gothenburg has been unusually cold lately.
Well here's a piece of very exciting news that makes everything around us seem a little brighter and warmer:

On March 23 our third album, Two Thousand and Ten Injuries, will be released by Polyvinyl. We are very excited and proud and can't wait for you all to hear it in its entirety. But for now we give you Kungen, a true story about the time I spotted the king of Sweden in the street here in Gothenburg. Head over to our Myspace to hear it!

We really hope you like it.

139.

Pitchfork says 'Nine Times That Same Song' is the 139th best album of the decade.

Nice.

This is how they put it:

Quick to fall in and out of love, and with a bit of an obsessive streak, the shouty Swedish-pop five-piece both suited and deserved their instant crit slobber. What's more remarkable is how Nine Times That Same Song has endured and even thrived where so many similarly lauded contemporaries have begun to sound-- well, not "fresh and young" anymore. From the cowbell-clattering "one more time" dance-skronk of "Talk Talk Talk Talk" to the smoldering alt-ballad TV confessional of "Trying Too Hard", Love Is All had the funny, affecting, tellingly detailed songs to render comparisons to Life Without Buildings, X-Ray Spex, or the Yeah Yeah Yeahs all but irrelevant; along with its lo-fi elbow grease, that 10-times-great-songs spirit gives 9 Times common cause with a resurgent Slumberland's latter-decade roster. Not falling out means never having to make up.--Marc Hogan
